Any advise for extremely sore muscles? Im sorry if this is a stupid question, but should I exercise through the pain?

Thanks I did take an hour walk but a slow one. Maybe some rest tonight will help.0

You get lactic acid building up in the muscles due to use. Light activity will help a lot (it will be worst first thing in the morning or after a long period of sitting on the couch), as will massaging the muscle to keep the lactic acid from pooling. Make sure to move from the site of soreness outwards (and in the back, from the spine to down and out towards the ribs).0
