There are many. It depends on what you are looking for. Generally, proteins, fats, and high-fiber carbohydrates are more filling than sugary-starchy low-fiber snacks. A hard boiled egg is filling, easy to carry around, and cheap. String cheese is also filling but not quite as cheap. A banana is quite filling and healthy, too. So, what kind of thing are you looking for?

I like raw veg dipped in hummous. I'm too lazy to cut up vegetables, so I use green beans or sugar snaps or snow peas.

If you love potato chips, here is an oil free version from the microwave. Works incredibly well. The chips crisp up as they cool.

Another great choice! I buy hummos at Costco prepacked in 2.25oz servings then bring enough baby carrots to use up the hummos and make that my afternoon snack at work. The peas sound like a great idea too!
