hi i have lost 7 pound in 4 days this week any tips to keep me going would be great thank

    Congratulations! For the first week of weight loss you're likely looking at a fair amount of water weight.

    7 pounds would be 24,500 calories. That would be a 6,125 calorie deficit everyday. Michael Phelps may burn that many calories, but regular people...nope. The weight loss is definitely going to slow down but don't get discouraged.

    Thanks and yeah I knew it would be water weight but just trying to keep losing what I can
