What I have cut out of my diet

no soda, pasta, OJ, pineapple, cookies cake candy bread except for 100% whole wheat 40 calorie bread. Lowest carb & sugar yogurt is yoplait light & will put one in the freezer & it's frozen treat

    I'm not cutting out anything (not completely).

    This time (yes, I'm a yo-yo'r) I won't change anything that I'm not willing to change forever. Only lifestyle changes for me. I've figured out how to lose weight (the easy part)....but not the how to maintain it part.

    I limit heavily refined, high glycemic load carbs (most of what's on your list would fall into that category).

    Limit. If I really really want nachos, I'm having nachos, but I consider it a treat. If I really, really want pizza I make it myself, healthier, or eat at the low wood oven pizza place whose food I like and respect.

    I no longer enjoy cookies, candy, sodas. And for me, that's a good thing.

    Good luck figuring out what works for you. Everyone has a different way to make this work as a lifestyle. For me it was about keeping my blood sugars fairly even.
