Gday guys and gals

I am not new to MFP - have been around for a number of years. I lost a crapload of weight a year or two back ...put a bit back on but have been maintaining at around 10kg more than I want.

Decided to refocus to get this back on track and I am looking to get a huge number of supportive people to assist and to help me stay on track this time around.

Welcome back! I am also returning after a 2 year break wherein I gained back all the weight I had lost. This time it's for good!

Welcome back! I too joined years ago and lost 50lbs, then got pregnant and gained it all back. I lost all but 15lbs of that and got pregnant again. Just had my second baby 2weeks ago so once the doctor releases me in a few weeks, I'll be back to losing that 50 again plus another 40-50... we can do this!
