Finding a training plan that includes running

Looking for advice or tips:

I started running about a month ago. I run about 3 times per week now, about 30-45 minutes, at about a 12 minute mile. I want to bring in more exercise to cross train with a primary goal of weight loss and health and increasing my run speed is secondary (though I know it's all tied together).

There are exercise programs like Insanity but I feel like I won't be able to do that *and* continue running. If I so some other sort of exercise every other day, I have no idea what to do or how much to do. I don't even have a good starting point.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
