Hey everyone!
I see a lot of posts on here about how people are seeking some motivation, support and accountability in their weight loss journeys. I'm posting because I'm going to be starting a challenge group in April on Facebook. The premise of the group is that each person chooses a workout program suited to their lifestyle and needs from Team Beachbody, my personal favorite company for workout programs (I've done Turbo Jam, Chalean Extreme and Focus T25 and have dropped more than 30 pounds over the years with these, and now I am doing Turbo Fire). During the group, everyone would post their daily meals and workouts, discuss their challenges, successes, failures, weaknesses and strengths, ask their questions, and just get as much support and motivation as possible. I'll be posting daily recipe and snack ideas as well as meal planning strategies to help keep your nutrition on track while you complete your program with the rest of the group.
I'll also be giving away free prizes throughout the duration of the group via weekly contests and challenges! Free stuff is fun.
