I would consider adopting a strength training program, which will help you burn bodyfat and build lean muscle (thereby working to remove the jiggle). Here are some popular programs:
Starting Strength
Stronglifts 5x5
New Rules of Lifting for Women
And here's a website that will give you some exercises based on muscle group. So if you want to emphasize the back and arms, you can select those muscle groups, and filter it by equipment available. There's videos/pictures that will show to do each exercise.

Good luck to you!0 -
Go for aerobic and fitness exercieses. Hottest bodies I've seen on the screen so far. Sexy Fit Beast on YouTube is one of the best. Then, there's the 8 mins Abs exercises video.
Good luck0 -
Based on your profile ticker, you have some fat to lose, which will help with all the jiggly bits. You lose fat with a calorie deficit. That is most easily done with your diet, and adding in exercise helps. Although you can target muscle groups with certain exercises, that doesn't mean that the fat will necessarily come from those areas. As you will often hear, you can't spot-reduce fat, so you just have to do what you can to reduce fat from all over, and hope that it eventually comes off where you want it to.
In the meantime, holding on to the muscle mass you have now is very important, both for your health, and for the "look" you end up with. Strength training can be very effective for that. If you're up for it (and haven't already), explore the free weights section of your gym, and start lifting heavy. By "heavy", I don't mean you have to start off heavy, but wherever you start, it's important to progress and increase weights. Look into the New Rules of Lifting For Women (a book) or google Stronglifts or Starting Strength. Check out these groups on MFP: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/788-women-strength-training and http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/4618-stronglifts-5x5-for-women
If weights and heavy lifting really don't appeal, then look into bodyweight exercises (you can find tons through google), but some kind of strength will definitely help towards a firmer, less jiggly appearance.
Cardio is very important (imo) for health, and will help you to create the calorie deficit you need to lose fat, but it doesn't do a huge amount to change the shape of your body. Someone with a lot of weight to lose who does a lot of cardio and no strength will likely end up with a smaller version of the body they already had. That is absolutely fine if that's what you want.
I would recommend going for quite a small calorie deficit, aim to lose no more than about 1 lb a week. That will help you to hold onto your lean mass, and considering your ED history, I think you need to avoid extremes.
Finally, try to work on the self acceptance part as you're going along. It's not likely that you'll lose 46 lbs by the summer (especially if you're in the northern hemisphere!) and I would really try to avoid putting a deadline on anything. Take it slow and steady. Create a lifestyle that you enjoy and is sustainable. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health, and way more important than wearing a bikini. Dieting can mess with even the healthiest people's heads. Do everything you can to avoid slipping into your past struggles. :flowerforyou:0 -
