I hope your all doing great towards your goals, because i am not. I am looking for friends who can motivate me.

  • I'm right there with you! I've been off the wagon for a while now and have lots of work to do. It's a long road ahead, but just focus on one day at a time. If you have a crappy day, that's A-OK! Just try to make every day a little better than the next and be proud of yourself for every small victory (like hey, I ate less sugar today, or WOW I went for a walk!) *high five* you got this :)

    aww thank you! You are motivating me already haha. I know it's killing me so far. I have these crazy cravings but we will do it eventually. I wish you the best success possible. We really do have a long ride to go.Good luck Darling.

    Add me. We are in the same boat I want to lose 40 by June. While making clean eating a lifestyle change, in order to keep it off :D

    Hey girl,

    I just added you. I hope i did it correct, it's my first time here. We really are on the same boat. I just learned something new from somebody's post. It said, to not overwhelm ourselves with long term goal. Instead to set more attainable short term goals in terms of weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. That seems like great idea. I will be starting my goal by tomorrow. Good luck to you! Keep me posted on how it goes for you. Let's be motivation to each other.
