I need long term motivation!

Hi all. I'm a 35 year old mom of one and I have been struggling with my weight since I was a teen. I am hoping to lose 20kg this year. I'm currently on a low carb/ Leo diet and my main aim is to make it a lifestyle not just a diet. I find it difficult to stay motivated after the first week or two. Hopefully being part of this community will keep me focused. I'm really tired of falling off the wagon! !
