Need to loose 32 pounds and want a method that is sustainable. Restrictive diets are just that, restrictive. If you are on a really low carb diet you can't have bread. After a week or so, all I thought about was bread. Counting calories with smart food and exercise is all that's needed.
Wish me luck.
Wish me luck.

Hey! Good luck with the weight loss. I know what you mean regards restrictive dieting. I'm not following a particular diet I just weigh everything up and consider things before I choose what to eat. I still eat what I want but in moderation and with a little common sense, it's working for me. At the moment I'm keeping below 2000cal a day and with some light exercise I've lost 0.5kg in a week. Add me if you'd like and I'll encourage you along the way!0
