I went from this to this with a lot of hard gym work ... However I don't get enough time to get to the gym anymore ... What can I do at home to get this back ? X

Rabbit is good, Rabbit is wise. *waits to see if anyone gets the twister reference*
Abs won't show until your body fat is low enough.
That said... If you're looking for exercises...
I do planks, some crunches with a medicine ball, Russian twists, and leg raises.
I don't usually spend more than 20mins a week (if that) on abs.
Other exercises I also do are pushups, chin ups, squats, bench press, curls, tricep extensions, and boxing.
All from my home0
