I have lost 12 lbs in my month of diet and exercise!

In the past I have tried to lose weight many times but always lost interest or motivation because of the strict diet + I never wanted to do exercise and all. Plus I was living with friends who would order junk food very often and i often could not resist the temptation.

By the way I am a heavy guy , when I started the diet I was 250 lbs and now exactly after 28 days I am 12 lbs light. I weigh 238 lbs now, still a long long away from my goal.

I walk almost everyday around 6-7 Km and this gives me a margin to eat well , In between I have had a few cheat days and I alway felt felt after cheating :# I am eating around 155-1800 calories a day and I tried balanced diet for the first 20 days and for a last few days I am on low carb just to experiment how it affects me.
