So I have a lot of canned salmon. I have the idea to make tortilla salmon pinwheels. This is the ingredients I was thinking of using:

Tortilla
Cream Cheese
Canned Salmon
Hot Sauce
Scallions
Capers
Lemon Juice

I may leave the lemon juice out. I am a little unsure of the combination of lemon juice, capers and hot sauce. Can you think of anything else that would add awesome flavor?

Oooohhhh......spice up that cream cheese with some onion or garlic pepper/salt. I like to sprinkle a half pinch of dried dill. For a really nice fresh touch and crunch, layer in long strips of cucumber. Cucumber is AMAZING in wraps. No surprise the English are so crazy about cucumber sandwiches! You can't go wrong with alfalfa sprouts either!

The cucumbers were a great idea! I ended up buying onion and chive cream cheese. Mixed in the salmon and capers. Spread it on the tortilla. I sliced the cucumbers thin and layered those on top and rolled the tortilla up. Very tasty!

Good call on the cream cheese! Glad you liked the cukes. That wrap sounds delicious. BTW, I've been buying Flat out Multigrain Flatbread for wraps. They're huge, and 100 cal for a whole one. Then I take some go my prepared green salad, chopchopchop it fine and add to the wrap. I could eat just veggie wraps if I didn't need some protein to keep me going.
