Hi there! Introduction and a question

Hello everyone,

My names Blake and I am 22 years old and would like to lose about 10 lbs. I recently just joined this app but I have been using the LoseIt app since October. I liked how this app has more accurate food/exercise logs so that is why I am thinking of switching only to this one.

Question: does this app have challenges? One of my favorite things about the LoseIt app were the mini challenges you can join like give up junk food for 30 days, or who can log the most exercise minutes, or try and lose 5 lbs in this month. I found them as good motivators because the goals were small and reachable (Some are longer but I just don't join those).

    not really. there are lots of groups you can join though. you could make your own groups and invite others to participate in any challenge you want though.
