Buddy (or Pal)Up?

Hello, I have been on MFP for several months and have lost about 5 pounds. i want to lose five more and would love to have a pal to be accountable to and help each other towards our goals. I mostly lose through calories counting and not by activity (for health reasons) though I walk my dog at least twice a day.

I reach goals quicker when i have connection in my life. Anybody?
