Doing this for a while

I've been using this app for over a year along with runkeeper. In the past 15 months I have trimmed down over 70 lbs. By logging my meals, eating healthier (not starving), portion control and lots of jogging the weight has come off. While it hasn't been easy it hasn't been the hardest thing in the world. Now, I have hit that dreaded wall. Trying to boost my metabolism to get to my goal weight while toning muscles. Doing it alone has got me this far but I think joining a group will be needed to push me harder. Anyways, that's my story for now.
