I'm in the recovery week of Insanity...I honestly hate this week, the workout is just enough to be irritating, but not intense enough to make me feel like I'm really working. I get it, it's recovery...I just don't want to do it tonight. My rest day is Saturday and I haven't missed any of the workouts at all since I started. I'm just tired and I feel like one day off a week isn't enough this week. Someone tell me I'm wrong and tell me I need to get up and do this...for some reason, I can't motivate myself today.

just do the first five minutes of it, if you really still don't want to do it after that then stop...0

Don't skip it- you have an "off" day to look forward to it, push through this workout to make the most of it, give the program 100% and you will feel awesome!0
