I could totally use a push right now...

I'm in the recovery week of Insanity...I honestly hate this week, the workout is just enough to be irritating, but not intense enough to make me feel like I'm really working. I get it, it's recovery...I just don't want to do it tonight. My rest day is Saturday and I haven't missed any of the workouts at all since I started. I'm just tired and I feel like one day off a week isn't enough this week. Someone tell me I'm wrong and tell me I need to get up and do this...for some reason, I can't motivate myself today.

    just do the first five minutes of it, if you really still don't want to do it after that then stop...

    Don't skip it- you have an "off" day to look forward to it, push through this workout to make the most of it, give the program 100% and you will feel awesome!

    Don't skip it. Once you start it will make you feel better. Just do it!
