    After two years of eating different and walking, the weight has stayed off, I just haven't lost anymore. What do you currently do to lose weight?

  • Hi I can use a friend, let's do this together, my goal is 25 pounds
  • Excellent work being able to keep it off :smile: You may be at a plateau. If you change how you exercise, you might see a change. Interval training is good. I'm just starting out again, so I've got a long way to go.
