Data not Syncing (Food Diary Items)

Is there a bug in how often things get sync'd between the web site & our Phones? I added a couple of items (Scanned them) about 1/2 hour ago. 1 of the items appears on both devices. However 1 of the items is on my phone but not on the website account.

Is there a specific frequency of updates?

    I was having issues yesterday, but there was an update for the app and it seems fine now. Make sure your app is up to date, try turning your phone off and on again - hopefully that will fix the issue.
