College Student

Hi! I am Julie and I am 5-5 weighing 160 trying to get down to my normal weight of 140 (I used to swim and run competitively in high school). I gained pounds over about 2-3 years going through college and going through some hard times. I know I can get down back to my normal weight, but I'm looking for some encouragement and people to keep me in check (and vise versa)! Thanks!
