    You make abs in the kitchen by eating at a defecit

    The best exercises for the abs are compound lifts, heavy weights, push-ups, pull-ups

    If you're brand new to exercise then a plank can help your core but tbh once you can hold one for around a minute, holding it longer makes no gains (apart from your ability to hold a stationary plank), so you need to make them dynamic

    But overall...heavy, progressive weights whilst eating at a defecit
