Newbie here. Kinda BEATING myself up b/c I had Gastric Bypass in 2005 lost 100lbs. But now going thru LOTS of health probs and gained some of it back. Had Thyroid Cancer had it totally removed, on Synthroid. So how to boost metabolism with NO Thyroid
