I've been counting my calories and eating a lot less than usual but i find that im always bloated! I've also found that no matter what I do, I csnt lost the little bit of fat at the bottom of my stomach and around my midsection and I really just need some help to lose it. Im 16,121 lbs, and 5'7" so I don't want to lose much more weight but I feel as if that's the only way to lose my belly fat. Anyone have any answers? Thank you

Woah, you're small. I'm glad you said you aren't trying to drop too much weight.

To prevent bloating, you need a little bit of salt and a lot of water. But too much salt can cause water retention (bloating). Not drinking enough water can also make you retain it.

Have you recently lost a lot of weight? If so, the little bit of fat might be really be loose skin, which tightens up a bit on its own over time (especially in someone so young!). Another way to firm up and streamline your midsection is with packing on muscle. Don't worry about bulk--you'd have to take steroids or work out like crazy to get big--but moderate exercise can fill out and tighten up the loose bits.

I hate crunches. Planks (and variations on planks) and mountain climbers are better. So is anything that involves walking up hill. Hiking does tone your core. That's why A.T. hikers have great abs!

Wow thank you so much for that, that helped so much!! But I've been decently skinny ever since I've grown like a foot in a year but my stomach seems to never not be bloated. I try my best to keep sodium on the low and drink a lot of water but it's extremely hard . so im not sure if it's fat or water weight and im not sure how to conquer it . But I've always wanted to start hiking, but my parents aren't into driving me around and there's nothing near by): @Nezz123‌
