It is time to re-calculate my goal??

Hi guys,
today I reached my first 10kg (22lbs) loss goal. I still need to lose about 45 lbs.
I am not sure but I remember reading something like recalculating the goal on MFP every 20-25 lbs?
I am currently on 1900 cals. However I pretty much eat 1600 a day and losing consistently so far.
Should I go ahead and recalculate or should I wait? If you need more info about me....my diary is open.
Thank you for the advices

Congratulations. I read on this forum to recalculate every 5# loss if losing is your goal.0

Do you enter you're into mfp (I believe you can change it under progress)? I was under the impression that if you do that it will recalculate automatically for you.0
