Year update!

Keep forgetting to post this little update.
It was a year ago on the 18th of march since i started trying to get myself back on track.
It's been a hard but im so happy to see that im now almost 54lbs lighter than i was before.
Not sure how to post a picture up but my display picture has a before and a picture from few days ago if you would like to look.
I still have about 40lbs still to go which would take me from 172lbs to 132lbs. I started at around 225lbs.
congrats to everyone on making their goals and to those starting or half way there. Never think of it as a diet. It's a lifestyle change for the better. Hope this inspires someone else too. I love looking at all the progress pictures keeps me motivated
