new to mypalfitness

I was introduced to this site by my doctor. I slowly was putting weight back on. I was down to 212 back in 2011 but slowly been adding weight and was up to 255lbs. Since I have been on myfitnesspal 5days ago I now lost 11lbs... My next doctor appointment isn't for another four weeks. If I keep this up by that time the doctor should be happy. I could be back down to my 212 lbs.

    Stay positive! I truly believe that knowing what you eat by tracking it helps greatly. It's all about accountability, with exercise as well. Best of luck!
