Hey yall! I'm new here and would love some friends for motivation!

Hey! I'm here to try and lose some more weight after I gained 20 of the 55 pounds I lost back. I had surgery on my back about a month ago and the only exercise they are recommending I do is walking until I have my 6 week appointment. I have been doing lots of walking and have dropped about 7 pounds so far, but ready to keep shedding some more! :) If anyone would like to be some motivation for me and maybe give me some tips about getting in shape after having surgery on my back, I would love love love love it! Thanks!
