Hi guys!

Ive decided to jump on the kettlebell and medicine ball bandwagon, as they seem to be great ways to challenge your body.

Anyone have any good exercises or links to help me build up a solid foundation of good exercises???

Youtube is a good place to start. Fitness Blender do lots of kettlebell workouts all free. No idea about the medicine ball but maybe there is something on youtube.

Live Fit Revolution has free kettlebell videos on their website and some good beginner instructions. Strong Fitness and Oxygen magazine also has kettlebell routines on their websites.

    Look into Zuzka Light

Her personal body type is not everyone's goal. But I find her workouts effective and I like her demeanor and teaching style.
I was doing her DVDs last year. But just got into working out again.
I plan to do her DVDs as soon as I get a little bit more conditioned because they are tough!

I also recommend a book called "Kettlebells for Women" by Lauren Brooks.

I think with Kettlebells the most important thing is to learn proper form. So, if like me, you can't get 1 on 1 personal training, then the book above and watching as many videos from reputable instructors before you dive into the workouts is the way to go.
