puzzled....??

OK so my diary is open and yes i haven't been eating much. either is it calories,, not enough or such wrong foods? I am doing ok on weight loss and I know I gained ( 1lb) but im not worried about it.. just really trying to understand the bigger picture of all of this eat better and exercise and lose weight.. Im asking opinions otherwise I wouldnt even be writing......I would like to just say it cant all be about food? right ?

    You should try incorporating more fruits/vegetables into your diet.

    It pretty much is all about food. You get a healthy body in the kitchen, not the gym. Exercise is great for toning up, improving cardiovascular health, building muscle and so on, but you can't exercise away a bad diet.

    I agree, more fruits and veggies and definitely more protein... Less sugar and carbs. If I were you I would sub in eggs where you usually have cereal. Instead of p,b&j sandwiches I would do tuna or chicken.
