I love eating salad! But I need to find a healthier dressing other than ranch. Any ideas?

I use lemon juice, olive oil, and a little bit of salt and pepper.0

I use a wedge of ruby red grapefruit.0

I usually use olive oil and red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar.
I also like Ken's Italian. Or Newman's Own lite olive oil and vinegar.0 -
I make my dressing in the bowl everytime i make salad.
I add:
a teaspoon of dijon mustard
3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper
clove of garlic
tablespoon of olive oil
sometimes i'll switch it up and add a splash of lemon juice, some chili flakes, some italian seasoning, etc.0 -
I like to heat some olive oil in a small frying pan with some Mrs. Dash spicy seasoning and sriracha to warm it up and help "cook" the seasoning into the oil. I let it cool and mix apple cider vinegar and the seasoned oil in a 1:1 ratio. I don't use a lot of dressing because I like to add fruit, tuna, or eggs to my salad to give it flavor. I used to be one of those people that had two pieces of lettuce to about 2 cups of ranch dressing!0

Bolthouse Farms yogurt dressings0

Balsamic vinegar.0

I use ranch, Caesar, or lemon with salt.0

Red wine vinegar and Dijon mustard. I used to add olive oil but I don't miss it one bit.0

Salsa. I cannot stand how sweet low fat/low cal dressings are.
I've also put hummus on it, but that gets a bit smeary.0 -
Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian is my favorite right now. I alternate it with the lite raspberry vinaigrette and occasionally have a lite peppercorn parmesan ranch.0
-
I just use a light honey and mustard dressing from Aldi.0
-
Straight up fresh lemon juice, with about a TBSP of dry ranch or Italian dressing mix sprinkled on top.0
-
I like mine with nothing - especially if I have tomato on it.0

Trader Joes Champagne Pear Vinegar dressing right now.0

Olive Garden light dressing. Found it at Safeway and it is super yummy0
-
Kraft classic herb or raspberry vinegrette0

Walden farms has a no calorie ranch. It doesn't taste too much like ranch but it's a good substitute.0

I love the Olive Garden Light dressing you can get at both Walmart and Kroger!0
-
balsamic vinegar and olive oil or Wishbone Balsamic vinaigrette0

well... i love my wish bone light parmesan peppercorn ranch (only 60 calories) but as you said something other than ranch... wish bone also makes a light italian that is delicious... another good dressing is Girard's light Champagne... if you are finding that cutting down to 2tblsp doesn't go far enough for you then you could always add a little water so the creamier dressing will go further.... that's what i did in the beginning.. now dressing or not i love my salads0

A little bit of ranch dressing.0

All I use is olives and raisins -- gives me all the sweet and salty I need. ;-)0

My favorite is Kraft's Thousand Island.0

1tbsp honey, 1tbsp olive oil, 2-4tbsp balsamic, salt and pepper... I shake it up and leave it on my counter. Use 2tbsp per large salad. It's not super-low calories (or fat or sugar) but I like that I know what's in it and it tastes delish!0

I use fresh salsa - no sugar or fat, and lots of flavor!0

I have been loving Annie's Naturals Roasted Red Pepper but today, I tried Newman's Own Lime Lite and LOVED it.0
