maybe dumb Q

so when I look at my daily summary & it shows in green the # of calories I have left, and I going by that # or the net that is in the grey portion? I'm very confused by which number I should go by....

    The line that shows "Your Daily Goal" is the amount you need to eat for the day. The very bottom row that are in green just show you how much more you have till you reach the goal number.

    Your remaining cals ( in the green) will go up if u exercise so depends on if u want to eat exercise cals or have a bigger deficit. Hope that's what u meant
