INGREDIENTS:
1 quart Vanilla Ice Cream
2 bananas

INSTRUCTIONS:
Put in food blender and blend.
Refreeze.
Eat.

It makes a great substitute for mashed frozen bananas and tastes almost the same but creamier and sweeter. It also has the added benefit of having protein from milk as well as natural vanilla beans if you use the right brand.
