Just want to start off saying myfitness pal is one of the greates if not best fitness tracking app ever ! I'll make this short , Names Kevin
Stats
21 y/o
340 lbs
Aiming for 240

So far I've been at the gym with a steady routine for 4 months now , I haven't lost any weight but I am now planning my meals and counting macros , but I have gained a good amount of muscle mass , I look slimmer but I'm still the same weight but I know it's due to the fact that I workout 2 hours and then I gorge myself :( but have made significant strength gains and I feel more active just due to the fact that I'm at work all day ( I'm a cook) and I'm on my feet all day running back and forth I only eat about 2 times a day but heavy meals so now it's all going to change thanks to this app hope all goes as planned and I drop 100 lb by the start of next spring any help is appreciated

Hello Kevin.. i was on the same way with you for 6months. I was looking very thinner but could lose just 2kgs on this period. My fat content's decreased and muscle content's increased. All these were because of that i was working out 3-4times in a week and each of them was more than 1 hour. In this process i didnot give importance to what i was eating. So thats why i couldnot lose weight. But now, its very important to eat healthy foods and the amount of them. 1.3kgs i've lost with this was and i believe i'm going to loose much more this ☺ i mean that its not enough to work out only, its important to eat at less amounts and 6-7times in a day ☺ good luck on this way..

Hello Kevin. That is an inspiration on how committed u are to exercise routine. If u keep track and add your daily meals in your journal u would b on your way to seeing the number drop. Good job.
