Need motivation to go out jogging! Help?

Im a 16 year old girl, im fit and healthy and not over weight but since i quit dance a few years ago i feel as though i have gained a little weight and therefor arent as toned anymore. So ive started eating abit healthier and excersising to try and tone up, i only weight 7 stone so im not majorly looking to loose weight but more to tone!
