Started my journey on Jan 6th and was disappointed with my weight loss 15lb to date but went to see my specialist my blood sugar levels are at normal my cholesterol drugs now reduced by 75% so really pleased inspired to keep at it now!

    2 1/2 months and 15 down sounds good to me. what is your start and goal weight? I lost more in y first couple of months, but I had a ton to lose...slower is better...congrats on your blood work.

    Fantastic NSV, congrats! And I think that is the perfect loss rate, that is the rate that I lost while I was losing. By my calculations, you are down a stone already. If you can continue at that rate, you will reach your goal by the fall! Keep up the great work.

    That's awesome!!! Your health is most important. And don't feel like 15lbs in 2 months is bad. It's taken me almost 6 months to lose 20. Slow is good :smile:
