Struggling with going over my protein goal

what can I do I still need 300 calories to meet my 1200 calories for today
Protein and fats I am going over still not made my goal

    a) Open diary so we can see.
    b) Don't sweat today, make better choices tomorrow.
    c) You are over on fats and protein but under on carbs ? Have some fruit.

    I wish I had that problem...I either hit it or I'm under.

    Though on 1200 calories, I'd hope you'd be getting adequate protein and fat! What is your age, weight, height, activity level and exercise level like?

    Hi 37yr, weight 64.3kg, 5.2 height, I do 20 minutes walking drop and pick from school, trying do 5 or 10 minutes of kettlebell everyday.
    Trying the 4:3 diet. Trying to get down to 8 st from 10 st
    My diary is public set now

    Protein and fats should be seen as minimums not maximums - eat more

    also how are your protein goals set - MFP starts quite low .. should aim for 0.8-1g protein per pound of LBM
