Finally be healthy

Hello everyone. At only eighteen years old I have had quite a struggle with my weight. At only fourteen years old I was 210 pounds and in the following year I lost 60 pounds, and ended up at a very healthy 150 pounds. But due to some personal problems, I couldn't stop, and lost another 30 pounds in a few months. I ended up in the hospital with an eating disorder. I gained it back, but now I am gaining again and that's not really necessary. I just want my weight to be stable at a healthy BMI, so I'm trying to lose about 10 pounds (no more, no less) and then stay at that weight for as long as possible.

I recently bought an activity tracker, n now balance what I eat with projected burn rate. Works pretty well, stable at 70kg0
