I'm Sarah, 25 & live in Nottingham, UK

I am trying to lose around 5 stone as I have been overweight all my life and would love to finally be happy.

    I'm from the UK and need to lose about 7 stone, I live in the US now tho so I go by lbs now lol, I'm 248 whatever that is in stones lol
