Weekends are the time for long bicycle rides or hikes.
During the week, I might only get 60-90 min of exercise a day ... but on the weekend, I can be out there exercising for 4 or 6 or 8 hours.
And if I do exercise that much ... I can afford to eat a little bit more, a little bit of a treat.0 -
now the weather is improving and the mornings are lighter I plan to spend a few more hours in the morning down the allotment. Gardening is damn good exercise and you get tomatoes.0
