Stressed - What do you do?

Hey everyone,
I've been on here for a while and losing is going great! (14 pounds this month) Sometimes keeping up the motivation can be hard, especially when dealing with stress. I'm a stay at home mom, I go to school, and my boyfriend is... well, not supportive and constantly adds to the stress. I guess I just need a push to stay at it even when I don't feel like I want to. What do you all use for motivation or to keep you going under stress?

I run. It really clears my head and gives me time for myself. I stress about my kids, especially my 17yo aspergers lad.
If I didn't run I would be fighting the urge to be a helicopter parent and that just passes the stress on.

Stress is hard and sends me also to eat. I do my best to try and find non food solutions- scrub the stove, go for a walk, watch a really funny video.

As for the non supportive people in your life I don't know what to tell you other than i would not stand for a non supportive boyfriend in my life.

Weight lifting helps me with stress. I think it has something to do with the feeling of accomplishment I get from it. Plus, exercise is a great motivator for staying on track with diet. My bf can add to my stress too, but I just remind myself that I'm trying to get healthy and fit for my own sake, and not for him.
