From vitamins, to energy boost, and pre workout amp ups.. So I've used stackers an other pills to boost my energy level before a workout, or just for the midday burnouts. My question is, who uses what, and what works for you? I need a good pick me up to motivate and get pumped up.

    If one is lacking in nutrients, supplement with just a multivitamin. The majority of all "preworkout" and "energy" supplements are just pills with caffeine and laced with other ingredients that do little. If you want value on the dollar, just get some 200mg caffeine pills for minimal cost (like $15 for a 2 month supply) versus the $29.99-$49.99 for a 30 day supply from sellers.
