losing fat weight and gaining muscle weight

Hi guys and girls im need of some help. Im 21 soon and I currently weight 121kg I dont actually look over weight at all and no one ever believes me I weigh this much. I recently gained 5kg in a couple weeks im insure if its fat or muscle. I work out at gym 3 times a week trying to increaee it but hard till I find my own gym instead of working out with the army soldiers. Im trying to get very toned but muscle aswell. I currently body build been doing it for a couple months now since I healed mostly from my injury a couple years ago. I wanna worl on get alot of musle in arms and chest and work on getting abbs. Im fine with leg muscle as I got enough muscle in my legs already as my leg day is very day when working out. I work hard and want to reach my goal in life but im finding it hard and slow losing weight and gaining muscle. What do people recommend to do? And what supploments I can ttale also that wont damage my body.
