Quick, Easy, and Healthy Three Bean Salad
I've been trying to eat more veggies and beans. So, in the spirit of experimentation, I did this:
I threw in a bowl:
3 cans of beans (I used garbanzo, black, and kidney - but I suspect you could use whatever's on hand) - rinsed and drained
A container of salsa
Juice of 1 lime
2 red peppers coarsely chopped
One minced white onion
Some chives
Crumbled feta cheese
I think this is awesome!! Fresh and quick! Tasty! My partner put some barbeque sauce on his and said it was good.
MFP estimates about 225 calories per serving.
