No matter how hard I push myself during a workout, I never sweat, maybe under my arms or rolls but that's about it.I take in about 3-5 glasses of water a day

I drink a lot more water than you, but I've never been a sweaty person either. I don't even sweat when I get hot in the summer. I don't know how hard I work out. I know my heart rate gets up there from having used heart rate monitors on machines, but I don't really sweat much. A little bit on my head sometimes. That's it.0

I also do not sweat due to herditary and my kidney disease. I drink upwards of 10-12 cups of water a day. It doesn't effect weight loss. I just get overheated easily.0

Sweat does not indicate a hard workout. I don't sweat much either and still have surpassed many of the fitness goals I set for myself.0

Count yourself lucky, I have the opposite problem. I finished 60mjns of interval running today and my top looked like it'd been in the shower. I can't even do 10mins run without looking a horrid red sweaty mess. Wish I had your problem However, sweat is not necessarily an indicator of effort, so excuse the pun, don't sweat it!0

Have a doctor check it out. If it's not a medical problem, then it's probably not an issue.
I sweat like a condemned man going to the chair. One of my work out shirts has the number 15 silk screened on the back. When I lay back on the mat during a workout, you can see it outlined in sweat.0 -

I used to be one of the least sweaty people. Then last year I switched from antiperspirant to deodorant. Suddenly I sweat a lot more. I have to apply deodorant more regularly but I don't smell. (Really, I check myself regularly and can't stand BO.) I sweat but overall I feel a lot better temperature wise. I never thought it would make that kind of difference.
I can even go out on hot summer days and not feel like I'm going to collapse from heat exhaustion. I used to get a little dizzy and my face would flush a lot. Now I feel like a normal person who just happens to be wearing a sundress.
Anyway, I found it was a really interesting transition.0 -

It's better than turning bright red AND sweating, which is what I do. I'll be 10 minutes into a workout and people start asking me if I'm okay.

I don't sweat much at all. Just a little around my hairline if I am doing something intense. I do turn beet red when I am doing cardio. A trainer once told me that people who sweat more are in better shape, but I think that's a load of crap. I run half marathons and still, sweat minimally compared to others, and my resting heart rate is in the 50's.0

I don't go as red as I used to before I got fitter, but the sweating has increased tenfold! I like to tell myself it's because my body can work harder now so requires a more efficient cooling system, but I think I'm just trying to comfort myself for being a sweaty beast.0 -
I was one that never sweated before kids I used to wear jeans, two pairs of socks,a tshirt and sweatshirt in the summer!, since I had kids I sweat buckets when working out. A dr told me that for me, my sweat glands didnt become productive until my body went through getting ready to carry children.
some people sweat too much and others dont sweat at all or very little. for some either one is a medical condition. if you are worried about it see a dr .
