Does a lot of pain burn calories

Hi I am not sure just how to use this yet but does anyone know if a lot of pain burns calories? I have gone over the set goal for several days in a row and was starting to gain weight but the last 2 days I have not been able to keep the pain under control and even though I am eating a lot by my standards and going over the calorie goal I still dropped down to 103 this morning. Not quite sure how to compensate for it. Anyone know anything about this part? Gee I hope this makes sense. Thank you!
