Yep! It's working wonders as of right now. Hopefully, it'll continue to do so.
1500 is the bare minimum for all males. Lemme guess, 2lb/week weight loss goal?
CalorieCounter says that my goal is <1500 for weight loss, and it's not rare that I can be a bit below that.You're also a male and you estimate that you're eating 1500 calories or less a day. Unless you are grossly mislogging by a few thousand calories, you are gaining back lost water weight. Your calorie intake is also very low for a male.
That^^^ your goal should not be 1300-1500 calories as a grown man. Even though you're probably eating much more than that.
