Does MFP allow for different calorie/macro goals on different days?

Hi all, I'm entering a bulk phase soon but want to modify my bulk a bit. On weight training days, I'm planning to eat at a surplus. On non training days, I'm considering eating more at maintenance level. Since this will then change my goals for MFP, is it possible to use different goals on different days without MFP adjusting all my past days to match the current goal for whatever day I'm on? I mainly use the phone app and this doesn't seem possible. If I adjust my goals, it moves everything I've already logged to match up to the new goals. Surely other people eat differently depending on the day? Any advice?

Not that I am aware of. At this point, I pretty much ignore MFP sugestions (even though I have them set, in general, with where I want to be at any given time). I know what my goals are for protein and fat, and my overall calorie goals, and I just work towards hitting those, regardless of any changes MFP makes due to logged exercise, etc. Maybe you can just focus on the targets you're trying to hit and ignore what MFP advises re: "X remaing"?0

Yeah, I figured that's basically what I'd have to do. Write out a plan for training and non-training days and just keep those handy when logging until I've got it down pat.0

Plus I can still calculate the percentages or whatever I want myself0

First of all (with the web site on PC), if you adj any thing in goals it is for "today" and days forward and it does not change anything from past entries.
Secondly you can only have one goal setup at a time. So you cannot setup alternate day goals. MFP does not let you setup multiple goals.. If this makes sense...
I always know what I need to eat and macros for lifting days and cardio days..0 -
I save up calories for saturday and then log an exercise of "saturday calories" that burns the calories I've been saving up. You could do something similar and set your goal to maintenance, and then on lifting days log "bulk calories" of 500 calories (or whatever you decide to bulk at).0

Not a bad idea0

You could set your goal to maintenance and on workout days log your exercise (as cardio) with how ever many calories you want. I'm not sure how exercise calories are added to your macros.0

I liked seeing the red -250 number. I am someone that eats differently every day. I like to fuel my exercise, and stick to maintenance.
But when I'm bulking the consistent plus 250 was the element that did it. Don't forget that on rest days you're still building muscle from the day before.
Steady stream of amino acids and a constant surplus is the ticket.0 -
OP - just out of curiosity ..why are you not eating at a consistent surplus?0

They are adding support for it in a future update.0 -
I just use my brain! I don't need to make numbers match.... I just eat to what I know I need to. I've never put proper goals in to MFP to get numbers.0
