I just get right back on that horse. Just shut my eyes tight and...do it. I don't wait for inspiration, I don't try to reason with myself, I just grit my teeth, and then after that first day all is well and I'm happy eating and exercising on-plan once again.0

I just had a MONTH like that. My daughter went into the hospital and had several weeks of follow-up stuff going on, and tracking my food just went by the wayside. I gained a couple of pounds, they came right back off once I started eating right again, and off I go. Life happens to everyone, just pick up and keep moving.0
