New here

I am new to here but not new to losing weight. I lost 30 pounds on my own last time but I fell off the wagon because it is hard to diet when no one else is. It's really hard to have family dinners where there is nothing there that you can eat. I am going to try again but not give up this time. I want to lose around 60 pounds. I am hoping that my fitness pal will help keep me accountable.

  • Good luck! Just make sure to log everything you eat, and maybe even look into getting a food scale to measure exactly what you're eating so you know exactly how many calories or macronutrients you are eating each day. Just make a habit of logging food, and the pounds will fall off. You can do it!
